4. Assets and Fonts
- Typography: Pretendard (SIL Open Font License 1.1)
- 3D Models (VRM): Default characters are created by the Company or provided under permitted licenses. VRM models uploaded by users are the property of their respective creators. The Company holds no ownership over user-uploaded assets.
5. Notice on User-Uploaded Live2D/VRM Assets
- This Service provides a rendering technology and display platform for Live2D/VRM assets and does not acquire ownership of each model uploaded by a Member.
- A Member may upload an asset only where the Member is the rights holder or otherwise holds the rights necessary for public display, commercial use where applicable, and real-time display within the Service.
- For Service operation, the Company may temporarily transmit, load, cache, and place model data into memory in encrypted or otherwise protected form as technical processing for real-time display.
- The technical processing above does not mean sale, assignment, re-licensing, publishing, or secondary distribution of the model file itself.
- The final permitted scope for each asset is governed by the original creator's or distributor's license, and the Member is responsible for reviewing those conditions directly.
- If the Company receives a rights complaint or a reasonable suspicion of infringement, it may temporarily block or remove the asset and related character.
6. Notice on Fanworks and Derivative Content
- A Member may publish fanwork content only where the original creator's or distributor's license permits the relevant form of use, including derivative creation, platform publication, public visibility, and, where applicable, ads, support links, or paid features.
- Fanwork content must be clearly identified as unofficial and must not be presented in a way that misleads users into believing it is an official work, official collaboration, official account, or rights-holder-approved content.
- Substantial re-distribution of original images, models, voice assets, logos, or UI resources is prohibited. Required credit notices and license markings must not be removed, obscured, or falsified.
- Upon a rights-holder complaint or a reasonable suspicion of infringement, the Company may immediately hide or remove the content and may reclaim points, restrict uploads, or suspend the relevant account.

8. DMCA and Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on the Service infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notice to support@personaxi.com with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works on a single site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works).
- Sufficient information to locate the infringing material on the Service (e.g., URL or description of the location).
- Your contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that you are representing under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
The Company shall review the notice promptly and take appropriate action upon receipt.
